In addition to 15-day (from date of delivery) no question asked returns, GÄRRTEN offers a worry-free warranty that extends to the original purchaser for all GÄRRTEN products.
This Limited warranty covers your GÄRRTEN product against any manufacturing defect for up to twelve (12) months from the date of retail purchase. This warranty also includes repairs (related to manufacturing of product) free of charge with shipping fees covered. If the product defect is beyond repair, we will replace it. If for any reason, the replacement product is unavailable, we will provide you with a product of comparable value.
Due to the nature of product usage, all types of leather and metal hardware/accessories may suffer from humidity, salt, and atmospheric agents. This can cause permanent and irreversible wear and tear. GÄRRTEN cannot assume responsibility for the eventual deterioration, modification and mishandling of its products. We do not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, exposure to water or solvents, wear and tear, or cosmetic damages (such as scratches or stains) and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
GÄRRTEN Limited Warranty only applies to products that were purchased from our official website - www.garrten.com or from an authorised GÄRRTEN dealer. Please save your store receipt as proof of purchase. This will be needed to demonstrate your warranty coverage. Additionally, this will serve as proof that your purchase was made at an authorized GÄRRTEN retailer.
