Refund policy

GÄRRTEN endeavours to ensure that every transaction and delivery is seamless while adhering  to the highest service standards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 

RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind, please contact us as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 15 days of order delivery. Items once exchanged or replaced will not be eligible for returns or refunds. 

NOTE: The returned item should be in its original packaging (including dust bag, storage box and original invoice) and in the same unused condition as received.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Complimentary return shipping is provided only for orders shipped incorrectly by us. To initiate return or exchange, please email us at orders@garrten.com with order number in the subject line.

 

REFUND PROCESS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You will receive a full 100% refund of the purchase price including taxes. Post successful inspection of returned items, the money will be reimbursed within 7 working days.

  • For online payments, refunds will be in the original payment method. 
  • For C.O.D order returns, receiver's bank details will be required.

Refunds for returned gifts are always made to the original buyer. To initiate return, please email us at orders@garrten.com with order number in the subject line.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we suggest you first check with your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by the bank. If you’ve still not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@garrten.com with order number in the subject line.


EXCHANGES:

Your replacement item will be shipped once the original purchased item has been received in the warehouse and inspected basis the following conditions: 

  • The original purchased item should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The original purchased item is returned in its original packaging (dust bag and storage box) with original tags in place.

Items once exchanged or replaced will not be eligible for additional returns or refunds.
