We strongly advise not to use any cleaning products containing solvents and coloured creams/polishes.
Yes. Gärrten warrants that all products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of retail purchase. Due to the nature of product usage, we do not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, exposure to water or solvents, wear and tear, or cosmetic damages (such as scratches).

We endeavor to get your order delivered to you at the earliest. For Non-COD (Non Cash on Delivery) payment method, your order will be shipped within two business days of order confirmation through registered courier companies within India. Expect delivery within 4-6 business days. You will receive a separate shipping email with tracking number & expected delivery date for your order.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, your order will be shipped only after confirmation via phone call. Expect delivery within 4-6 business days after order confirmation.
Due to COVID-19, please expect some delay in delivery as our logistic partners reopen more service areas.

Domestic Shipping is free. It is our absolute pleasure to ensure the product is delivered to you free of charge.
If you changed your mind, we respect that. However, in our endeavour to get the product delivered to you quickly, we will be able to support your order modification or cancellation request for non-shipped orders only. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number along with shipping carrier information. You can track your shipment on the shipping carrier's website. Please allow up to 2 business days for the tracking information email.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer 100% refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery. The returned item should be in its original packaging (including dust bag, storage box and original invoice) and in the same unused condition as received. If you change your mind, we respect that. We offer returns within 15 days of order delivery. The returned item should be in its original packaging (including dust bag, storage box and original invoice) and in the same unused condition as received. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price including taxes. The money will be reimbursed within 7 working days of receipt of the return in the same way as previously chosen to pay for the item. Refunds for returned gifts are always made to the original buyer.

Be rest assured, we will take care of any such unforeseen situations. If you have received a damaged or defective product then please get in touch with our Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery or drop us an email at email@example.com along with order details and images of the wrongfully delivered or defective product.
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with return shipping details. Do remember to include your order number and contact details!
Your replacement item will be shipped once the original purchased item has been received in the warehouse and inspected basis the following conditions:
> The original purchased item should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
> The original purchased item is returned in its original packaging (dust bag and storage box) with original tags in place.
Shipping costs will be deducted if the package is not accepted by the customer from the courier.
This is an e-gift card and can only be used for purchases on www.garrten.com
You will receive an email that will contain a unique gift card code that you can use at checkout to redeem its value.
This card is not a debit or credit card, it is not redeemable for cash.
If the order amount exceeds the gift card value, the balance must be paid online via available payment options.
If the order amount is less than the gift card value, please note that the outstanding balance will not be refunded, but can be redeemed via same gift card on your next purchase.

For shipping within India, we accept all major Debit & Credit Cards including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, RuPay & American Express. Also, there are other multiple payment options available including Net banking, Paytm, Amazon pay, Wallets, UPI and Bank EMI.
We also offer Cash on delivery (COD) for selected pin codes and selective products. If applicable, you can enter your pin code while ordering (on product page) to confirm the availability of COD option for your location.
For COD payment method, order will be processed once phone number and order is verified by our team via SMS or phone call.
Post confirmation, we will process the product and hand it over to our courier partner for delivery. You need to pay the complete amount in cash to the courier once the product is delivered to you. Please note, payment through cheque, draft or any other means will not be acceptable.
The COD option is only available for selective products and locations that fall under the serviceable range of our courier partners.
Before placing your order, please confirm COD availability for your pin code on the product page.
On product page, refer to "CHECK COD AVAILABILITY" . You can put your pin code and check if your location is eligible for COD.
You can also contact with us via WhatsApp customer support for quick eligibility check.
The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package will be handed over only after the cash payment is made.
