es. Gärrten warrants that all products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of retail purchase.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer 100% refund or exchange within 15 days from date of delivery.

Items once exchanged or replaced will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

The returned item should be in its original packaging (including dust bag, storage box and original invoice) and in the same unused condition as received.

How long will it take to get my orders?

We endeavor to get your order delivered to you at the earliest.

For Online (Non Cash on Delivery) payment method, your order will be shipped within two business days of order confirmation through registered courier companies within India. Expect delivery within 4-6 business days. You will receive a separate shipping email with tracking number & expected delivery date for your order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, your order will be shipped only after confirmation via phone call. Expect delivery within 4-6 business days after order confirmation.

Please note: Business day here refers to Monday through Friday, except for statutory public holidays.
